What books would you recommend for a teenager?

I like action books, and ones that are suspenful, but I also like a little romance mixed in with them.

Fantasy-Harry Potter ( J.K. Rowling),


Romance and Suspense-Twilight and New Moon ( Stephenie Meyers)


Action-the Maximum Ride Series ( James Patterson)


Drama- a Series of Unfortunate Events (Lemony Snicket).


All very well done books in different genres which I would recommend to anyone.
Reply:I would recommend anything by Grace Livingston Hill. She wrote romances that take place in the late 1800's and early 1900's. There is usually some suspence and the hero saves the girl. There is no sex or "heaving breasts". Your mother would approve.
