I just graduated from uni with a degree in accounting and finance, but what I'm facing now in my workplace is quite different. What are the good tutorial books that you might suggest?

Any books you can buy will be equally theoretical. You just apply the principles and learn to adapt when it comes to a/cing terms used. Or you can ask your questions here and hope an experienced accountant can help you.
