What are some good books about pregnancy that are not boring?

I have read what expect when you are expecting and others almost exactly like it. What are some good books that are not so boring and technical to read.

What are some good books about pregnancy that are not boring?
Someone bought me "Belly Laughs" by Jenny McCarthy %26amp; I thought it was pretty funny. It's not really technical, more so humorous.

And for after the baby, she wrote "Baby Laughs" which was pretty good too.

Reply:You know what I say?! Stop reading all the books. No one's pregnancy goes by the book and when something happens outside of what happens in the book people panic. Enjoy your pregnancy as much as possible. If you have a ? call your dr. Your pregnancy will fly by faster than you think. Don't worry what the books say. Draw on your own pregnancy experience and write your own book, your baby's book. Keep a pregnancy journal. I wish you all the good luck in the world.

Reply:I absolutely loved what to expect when expecting..it was my pregnancy bible and answered all of my questions.
Reply:Belly Laughs, the babycenter pregnancy book (though I don't remember what it was called), and Pregnancy Sucks. They're all entertaining and fairly informative.
Reply:Dr Miriam Stoppard's books are good. I found one which is pocket-sized and has a monthly pictoral guide and brief explanations on stages of pregnancy. You can refer to Dorling Kindersley website for details.

You can also refer to Babycenter.com for weekly guides, very interesting and full of extra promotions added in.
Reply:"The Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy. A great book that tells you "straight up" what to expect. And, it's funny!! :)

Jennifer Anniston's character (Rachel) read it on FRIENDS when she was pregnant!
