What are some really good romance books that are not too romantic?
A Farewell to Arms by Ernest Hemingway. Set against WWI in Italy, and the most beautiful love story I've ever read.
I guess it's kinda cheesy, the soldier falling in love with the nurse, etc., but it's both a classic and an incredibly easy read.
Reply:You need to read the Twilight saga by Stephenie Meyer. It is a wonderful romantic tale.
Reply:i've never read those books, but SArah Dessen's books are romantic. like this lullaby and the truth about forever, but they aren't sappy, they're funny and realistic... sorta
