In most anatomy books, there are pictures of naked people that show different anatomical positions, or different parts of the external anatomy. What's their job title? Are they professional models, or just volunteers?
Who are those models that pose nude for anatomy and biology books?
They're called Figure Models. Some are compensated, some do it to further the causes of science and art.
