I am a fan of many fantasy books such as the Inheritance series and the Dark Elf Trilogy.
Any recommendations for good books that are similar?
What fantasy books would you recommend?
Naughts %26amp; Crosses series by Malorie Blackman
Ghost Boy by Ian Lawrence
The Other Boleyn Girl by Phillipa Gregory
The Vampire Diaires by L.J. Smith
Alex Rider series by Anthony Horowitz
Seven Deadly Sins series by Robin Wasserman
Uglies trilogy by Scott Westerfeld
Reply:I'd recommend Raymond Feist's Riftwar Saga. It starts with Magician: Apprentice. That's what I read immediately after the Icewind Dale trilogy (the first Drizzt books) and loved them. The series goes one for quite a while after that, so there is plenty more to read if you like it.
Reply:The Bartimaeus Trilogoy

Reply:"Little, Big" by John Crowley. A fantasy classic. It won the World Fantasy Award in 1982.
Reply:I have answered this question so many times, I decided to dedicate a web site to answer this question. Here it is:
http://www.life-after-harry-potter.com
Included is a list of only the best sorcery fantasy books, grade reading level, a short review of each book along with a brief summary of adult content. There is also a "Readers' Choice" list of favorite books, and a list of heroine sorcery fantasy books, plus a brand-new original fan fiction.
I hope this helps.
