I am interested in downloading books either to buy or rent to my ipod. Mainly interested in self-help, business, success-type non-fiction, or inspirational fiction. Does anyone suscribe to any, what ones, what is the best cost? I would probably listen to 1-3 per week or so... Any suggestions would be great! Thanks.
Where should I suscribe online for audio books to download to ipod?
It's very possible that your local library has a connection to a website that has many titles to download free and burn to cd or load onto an iPod.
Ask your librarian. From your home computer you can go to the website, enter your library card number and then enter the code number for your particular town library that you got from your librarian and download books for free. It's all legal.
Check it out.
Reply:audible.com has a great selection, but isn't so cheap; you can save a lot by subscribing. For free audio (limited to books in the public domain) try www.librivox.org.
